Ever wanted to join a ministry but didn't know how? Well this is your chance.  The Jenks Church Student Ministry is looking for students to join the Prayer Ministry and the Visitation Ministry.  Below is a brief explanation of each ministry and how to sign up.

Prayer Ministry: in an ever changing world of uncertainty there is one constant, God and the love he has for us.  The prayer ministry will meet at the building on monday nights and pray for the student ministry as well as the church and whatever else we can think of at that time.  The Prayer Chapel at Jenks Church will be the setting for the youth to meet and pray together.  If you'd like to join this group or would like more information on this ministry, contact sean at sean@jenkschurch.org.

Visitation Ministry: in a world where relationship is last on the list, we here in the student ministry want to lift up relationship to the highest God seeking place.  The visitation ministry will meet at the building on monday nights and visit those that need some encouragement or those that have been away.  We will also visit those that are new to an event in the student ministry.  If you'd like to join this group or would like more information on this ministry, contact sean at sean@jenkschurch.org.

Taco Tuesday: Tuesday nights at 7pm  provide the backdrop for our night of nacho madness. Held every Tuesday night, we meet, greet and eat and thats it.  It's a sort of Happy Hour for middle and high schoolers.  Plan on bringing $3 for the food, the adult sponsors will buy and cook the food.

For 5th Graders bridging into the 6th grade and into the student ministry at Jenks Church.  This is a great way for your 5th Grader to be connected to the student ministry at an earlier time so the transition is not so tough.  This ministry is student led and overseen by the student minister.  The current student interns will facilitate several things that only the 5th and 6th graders can participate in.  GET CONNECTED to this bridging ministry.
